So Devin finally dragged me out into the wilderness to go shooting with him! and I didn't even die so thats a good thing. We shot at a paper target and some cups and balloons and the gingerbread house I made for christmas. All in all it wasn't as terrible as I was expecting and because we went just us two I got to shoot about the whole time. haha anyways heres some goofy sherrif pregnant lady pics that Devin took with his camera phone.

All dressed up with no way to go...

Alright, its been a while since we've had a good blogging but we took a few pictures today so I figured time to update! Devin and I got all dressed up and ready for church (I even curled my hair which takes forever) We got in the car and broomed off the snow. Unfortunatly we made it a good quarter mile up the big hill toward our ward building when our car started sliding back home. It seems it did not want to even make an effort in getting us to church through the snow. Well we waited our turn behind all the other wussy cars who couldnt make it up either to turn around and go home. Needless to say its snowing and snowing and our tracks from our feeble attempt to get up the hill are already buried in a few inches of snow. Yeah blogging isn't better than church but I think the lord was telling us to update our blog and stay home today;) Maybe we will try again in an hour to get to sacrament meeting (which is last). Rexburg might be the only city where there is a foot of snow on the road and no body out plowing it.

Getting Older

Getting older is wierd. Some things that meant a lot to you in the past you no longer care about. Other things you never thought twice about now fill your mind 24/7. People seem to change but certin things about them never do. Its just strange, thats all.

Just your every day idaho living

This weekend we found our way to some wild huckelberries thanks to Cori's insider connections. We picked quite a few but we haven't decided what to do with them yet. We are thinking icecream or milkshakes. We hiked up a hill and found lots of bushes. We really had to crawl through the plants to find the good bushes. Due to our and our friends competitive nature of course it was a competition to see who could pick the most berries. We stepped in lots of cow poop and got really dirty. In the end I think Mark and Cori were the champion pickers. alst night we went to the county fair also. We saw all the animals, ate corn on a stick, and laughed at the carnies. It was a fun day.

Mesa Falls

Devin and I and Crystal and Gabe, went to Mesa Falls and Cave Falls last saturday. It was super fun! We packed lunches and ate at Mesa Falls then we drove to cave falls. Cave Falls was nice because we could get in the water a little bit and cool off. Then we drove home and the boys hadn't had enough exploring so we went fishing at a little place near Rexburg. Gabe caught like 4 nice sized fish but he threw them all back. Devin tried really hard but for some reason he must scare all the fish off. Could be from all the running around and splashing and noise making. That boy just cant hold still for the life of him. Well I tried but I pretty much suck at fishing. I had a hard time getting the line more than 2 feet in front of me. Here's some pics.
