Don't worry. I'm not dead. For all of you who may have read in the tabloids that one of my crazy stalker fans knifed me on the front porch of my mansion, I'm sorry but it is just not true. Brittan's wedding was super awesome but far too short a visit. Not that I didn't get an anticipated years supply worth of crease sweat bottled up to take back up and to sell in Jackson hole to rich old ladies as a magic youth elixir. I'll be rolling' in the dough in no time.
Already back in action in the wild wild northwest we went to a new pretty place called monkey rock. It was a little lagoon type part of the River that has a nice sized group of cascading waterfalls into it. Very Very beautiful. Definitely a place to take some pictures and play around with friends when it warms up a little bit more. I especially liked the giant memorial to a student who died in the river above the waterfalls. Made me feel really good about Gabe and Devin Crawling around the rocks ya know? Well the bottom seemed safe enough, the deepest part was only about 3 feet. Devin found this out while investigating the safeness of cliff jumping there. Result: Not safe to cliff jump. Anyways, work is going good and I assume school going well for Devin (although I think he avoids the topic with me, knowing how Naggy I am) I haven't made any more purses yet but I did pick up some material to make a baby quilt for my friend and also a diaper bag pattern (for Jamie) laptop case pattern, and shirt pattern, Memorial day sale had McCall's patterns for 88 cents! Awesome. I cant justify spending over 5 dollars for a pattern of something I am trying to save money by making myself. It defeats the whole purpose of making it yourself. I will only buy when they are on sale for 99 cents or less. (Which luckily for me is almost every holiday known to man). So I will post some pics of these things as they come, I am pretty slowly motivated. Whenever I take on a project my whole apartment turns into a junk yard for about 2 weeks until the project is done. Thus I buy fabric and let it sit for about a month or so before I actually do anything with it. Hmmmm I have no idea where I inherited that quality... mysterious. Well that's it for now sorry no pics, peace
